This printermodel was designed for the printing on plastic corks with different diameters.
The system consists of a printmodul with touch-screen controller, a support unit and a cork feeding and orientation system.
A cork revolving device, which also feeds the corks two a time, is arranged underneath the printer. The caps are fed into the printer by falling vertical into an elbow bend so that they are presented in a horizontal row. Two caps are conveyed to the printer in each cycle. The printer has a capacity of 6.000 corks/hour (for 330° prints on corks).

The system is easily adjustable for processing cylindrical corks of the following sizes:
- Cork length: from 38 to 42mm.
- Cork diameter: from 21 to 24mm
A system adapting kit is available for use of corks 30,5mm diameter (called "champagne" corks).
The printing system is completed with the additional of a cork feeding and orientation system. This system entirely made of stainless steel, consists of a 400 liter hopper and a slat elevator. From the top, the corks are orientated and channelled into a tube from where they drop by gravity. The feeding rate is higher than 8.500 corks/hour.
